With over 25 years of experience in podiatry, Thomas is an experienced musculoskeletal (MSK) podiatrist with expertise in biomechanics, orthotics, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He has practised internationally in Spain, France, and England, including running his own clinic for over a decade. For the past 10 years, he has been based in London, specialising in biomechanical assessments, custom orthotic therapy, diagnostic foot and ankle ultrasound.
HCPC registered with POM-A and POM-S entitlements, Thomas is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry. He holds two Postgraduate Certificates in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound: a PGCert in Foot and Ankle MSK Ultrasound with the Sport Medicine Ultrasound Group (SMUG) and a PGCert in Ultrasound-Guided Musculoskeletal Injections from the University of East London. He also holds a Master’s degree in Sports Podiatry and a Postgraduate Certificate in Forefoot Pathologies and Orthotic Treatments from Barcelona, Spain. His professional development has been further enhanced through advanced training in focused shockwave therapy and ultrasound-guided injection techniques.
Thomas has a particular interest in the assessment and management of lower limb musculoskeletal conditions, combining clinical examination, gait analysis, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and orthotic therapy to provide evidence-based treatment. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, he collaborates closely with physiotherapists, sports medicine clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient.
As an active runner and tennis player, Thomas understands the demands that sport places on the body. He enjoys helping patients of all activity levels—from those with everyday foot pain to recreational and competitive athletes—recover from injury, improve function, and return safely to their chosen activities.
Thomas is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and has a basic knowledge of Japanese.
