SAM FUNG

A graduate of the renowned Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, Sam brings several years of experience treating all manner of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions. Having worked alongside a spectrum of clients ranging from young athletes, retirees, and everyone in between, Sam is committed to understanding you and your pain and delivering individualised, high-quality care.

Sam’s practice is guided by a 3-pillar philosophy:

  1. Manual treatment – Applied skilfully and specifically
  2. Patient education – Bringing understanding to confusion
  3. Movement and exercise therapy – Seamlessly integrated with daily living

This balanced approach helps clients understand their bodies, actively participate in recovery, and achieve sustainable results.

Sam has a particular enthusiasm for treating knees, having guided athletes to return to sport from ACL surgery and other traumatic injuries, and assisted older osteoarthritic knees with the globally recognised GLA:D program. As a keen runner and footballer, Sam has a deep understanding of the demands on the body and how best to adapt and overcome.
