Training and qualifying as a physiotherapist in South Africa in 2005, Kirshnee worked in the country’s community, and later private practice, before moving to the UK in 2008.
Since then she’s gained extensive experience in working in both private and NHS out-patient settings, successfully treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Kirshnee has also completed a range of post-graduate training courses in manual therapy as well as acupuncture, dry needling and Pilates.
Promoting an active lifestyle for maintaining health and preventing injury, Kirshnee enjoys running, yoga and strength training. She works with patients through taking a holistic approach to treatment, using both ‘hands on’ therapy and exercise prescription, and looks forward to working with you on your road to recovery.
