BSC HONS (PHYSIO), MCSP
Antonis is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist and active athlete with a passion for helping individuals achieve their optimal physical well-being. Originally from Greece, he completed his physiotherapy degree at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens in 2015 before moving to the UK, where he has gained extensive experience in both NHS and private practice. He specialises in the management of complex musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, with a special interest in shoulder problems, lower limb injuries related to running, and spinal conditions.
Antonis has also worked alongside professional athletes, giving him insight into the demands of high-level sport. Being an active boxer and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner himself, he understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges of injury and the drive to return to training, which shapes his approach to sports-specific rehab. He also offers acupuncture as an additional tool within treatment when appropriate. His goal is to provide personalised, evidence-based care that restores function, builds resilience, and supports every individual through each stage of their recovery journey.
