Keely is an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist with a strong background in both clinical practice and elite-level sport. At W5Physio, she brings her expertise in managing sporting injuries, with particular specialisms in rugby-related injuries, as well as knee and shoulder conditions. Her dual degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation give her a comprehensive understanding of injury management from the point of diagnosis through to full return to performance.
Keely completed her BSc (Hons) in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and went on to obtain her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from St George’s, University of London in 2021.
She has worked across a range of sporting environments, including rugby union, rugby league, tag rugby, and badminton. She has been the Head of Medical Services for Great Britain Tag Rugby since 2021, leading support at major events such as the 2023 Tag Rugby World Cup. She also served as a physiotherapist at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and is currently the deputy tournament physiotherapist for the Yonex All England Badminton Championships.
Keely’s broad experience in both NHS and private settings, combined with her ongoing involvement in high-performance sport, allows her to understand the full spectrum of musculoskeletal injury. She is passionate about guiding clients through the entire rehabilitation journey—empowering them to recover with confidence and return to full function safely and effectively.
